Upon the Wall.

I cannot portrait who I am Oh, lonely artisan On sundial shadows Hiding brushwork colors Of stars illuminated Brilliant oils mixed creation Friendship fluid On sanguine brooks Glassy rippled wind song Mirroring my many faces In my portrait halls I cannot canvas my eyes Intrinsic façade alone My stroke is guided From a greater talent When allowed Frescoes my darkness Furtively it brings to be Despite obvious failing Of laboring phases A vision of me… Fettered and fading
