Untitled
If drunken words
Are sober thoughts
You must've had a lot to say
But it was through action
Not word
That you took your life away
We didn't understand
How hurt you really were
And we just couldn't understand
Whey there didn't seem to be a cure
One night this was what we learned -
That one day you'd ceased to be
No longer here on Earth for us
No longer here for me
You left us yearning
For the words you didn't say
And the time you certainly didn't give
And I know when I see you again someday
I'm going to ask why you didn't choose to live
