Be Careful

A man will look at you and lie with a smile on his face He will sell you dreams, Just to wake you up to the reality, That it was all fake, He will make you feel special, Like you’re the only one in his world Only for you to find out, you’re just in rotation, Just one of his options, his Wednesday girl He’ll tell you you’re so beautiful and sweet And not mean a word of it, just trying to get what he needs You’re nothing to this man, No different than the others, You’re just a way for him to buy time, Until it’s time for him to see another, He’ll stay around, as long as you allow, He’ll continue to build you up, And have fun tearing you down, He’s a smooth talker, A gentleman at times, So his hurtful ways will take you by surprise His looks are GQ, His smile is nice too, But if you’re not careful, He’ll break your heart, it’s true I’m not saying all men are bad, I’m just saying, Xbox and playstations, Aren’t the only games they’re playing.
