Unsung Heroes
These unsung heroes want no medals,
Glory, or even fame,
In fact, most would walk away,
With no one knowing their name.
It is not that they feel guilty,
They just feel that they haven't done
Something that is special -
That wouldn't have occurred to one.
Therefore, to all those unsung heroes,
This poem is just for you...
For all the lives that you save-
And what sincerity too!
For all the hard work you do,
And yet just walk away,
This is a form of expressing
Something we wish to say.
My friend and I wrote this for a project in school.
