Turn Around
A man went to the market
to pick up a few things
As he went to check out
there was only one line
There he noticed a homeless man paying
From behind he could tell he was dirty
His clothes were disgusting and he smelt
Boy did he smell
He held his nose and waited
But the man ahead of him was short a few dollars
Rolling his eyes he wasn't about to help this bum
Just then that young man turned around
It was his son who had left home many years ago
Just like that the father pulled him close and hugged him
He just hugged and hugged him and didn't want to let go
At register 2 at Acme, God was showing his love... for you
Only God always knew you, and never held you in disdain
But loved you completely before He placed you in the womb
Turn around to Him, He is not ashamed of you
But in fact has been calling out to you, continually
Just turn around.
