Tsunami
I am aggressive
drowning problems under myself
I watch their sorrow grow in the wake of what I've done;
Buildings fallen
Dreams crushed
Blood shed,
their world shaken,
My rough foam bubbling as their toes intercept sand
they look to the horizon in hope of a new day,
a day where the feeling of me is one from their heart,
when the blowing wind doesn't suck the air from their bodies,
when they can once more see beauty in a storm
rather than the sunken faces of those whom they loved being taken away
