True Destination

He was a venerable man awaiting his true destination,
mysterious at night, but in the morn’ full of inspiration,
he spoke of good fortune and tranquility with fascination,
every day at noon the town listened with anticipation,
shouted out his decree there’d be an investigation,
many were shocked for they had absolutely no inclination,
apparently some dwellers were protesting his abdication,
most of them understood this is a difficult situation,
so within the silvin territory many faced elimination,
see, he was ancient and immortal before this creation,
no one dared to ask his age, there’d be no explanation,
he was a venerable man awaiting his true destination.
