Too Close

I’m too close to turn back now.
God, you have brought me through
So much.
Each day you remind me of your
Love and mercy
My life was a mess and you loved me
Through it all but loved me enough
Not to leave me there
This world is coming to a closure and
The order of things as we know.
One you will come to gather your
Children home and we will see you
in all your glory and live to tell our story
of how we overcame.
