Today
Something about Today
It got me going anyway
Though I promise not to go astray
Trying to get the words right, like an Essay
Something about today
And how much I weigh
Ten more days till pay
Hope I get enough to lay
Something about today
So peaceful,yet, a rainy day
Praying for a better way
Light in my path, guess its better avoiding cliche
