Timed Sanity

The ticking of the clocks made me snap. Their constant teasing, Slowing down, Speeding up. Tick tock, Tick tock. Going on and on "We're losing time" they scream But really, Time doesn't exist, Clocks do. We have been programmed to run on something that doesn't exist "In enough time..." I'll go insane. In enough time, of course But if time doesn't exist, Then I'll never lose my sanity. Or maybe, Just maybe, I never had any.
