Time

A tunnel of blackness is all that surrounds me Until I see that light everyone always talks about It’s warmth covers me like a childhood blanket And then I’m standing with lost family Why is this happening I’m not ready for this ending I’ve been given I have love at last down waiting for me I cant make her wait because she is my soul She is my light My salvation Take me away from her and I am nothing but an empty vessel Before I was not afraid for I had nothing to lose But now I am I am afraid of death and all that comes with it
