Tigers Living Free

Through the tall summer grasses they now slink Staring fixedly at target – none blink Onto tawny bellies silently slink Honour, by hunting experience, link Riffle brought to shoulder and soft clink … Tiger skin rug looks nice on floor, I think

    Good monorhyme poem here. I believe these big cats are now protected and illegal to hunt.

    Hi Suzette, profound write this! The theme and the expressions have been brought out so subtly but very strongly. The way you’ve started with the wild and ended with the rug brings to the forefront the ending to many wild animals not allowed to roam free - it's sad but realistic. Very well done! Vicky.
