Then a Storm Came Pt 1
The skies were peaceful
Life had felt so serene
It all had seem like a dream
But something quickly changed the the scene
The skies overhead turned black and dark
A great change has taken serval places
Life had taken a downard spiral
Only sadness and tears appeared on faces
Then the rain came down fast and hard
Just like fists raining down powerful, painful blows
Leaving broken bones and bruises
Letting blood from fresh wounds flows
The lightning overhead flashes across the sky
The thunder rumbled overhead
Drowning out the woeful moans
Knowing tomorrow wil bw more pain, more dread
As the storm gets stronger
So to does the pain
Makes me wish i had the power
To take away the scars, the fear, the rain, the shame
The black sky was the sign
The storm came alongside suffering
The lightning and thunder strengten it
made the pain worse
The nightmare had begun
A storm had come into their lives
