The Sleeping Beauty Waltz

The prince serenaded the princess with song, She lived in a humble cottage in the mountains, When she did the laundry she would hum a tune, One day they met and fell in love, He was very strong and masculine and wore princely clothes, Asking her to the palace, where they danced the night away She wore a beautiful gown and glass slippers, He whisked her in his arms, She felt safe with him, at home, She ran away to her cottage, Leaving a glass slipper behind. He picked up the glass slipper, And gazed into the distance, At home again at her cottage, She dreamed of seeing him again, All at once there was a knock on the door, She opened the door and there he stood, her prince, I believe you left your glass slipper behind, She smiled shyly and lovingly, Would you come to live in my palace with me, He asked her to marry him and she consented, They lived with happiness for years to come.
