The Sibyl - Poseidon

Sleep, Lord Poseidon, Deep, everlasting sleep While sailors watch with bated breath Old planking creaks - The pitiable, splintering sound - Old planking creaks Old sailor, Splintery-kneed old sailor, Keeps his watch With ever a thought of life's futility, Down deep, Where dolphins stay But Lord Poseidon never sleeps And dolphins play..... And play

Interesting work that you have presented here.I especially like the line "With ever a thought of life's futility".Your presence at my work sent thoughts of joy that enjoyed what I had to say.We can no longer eat much syrup because it runs the blood sugar up and then it bottoms out.The Maple Syrup doesn't seem to do it as bad.I like just a few drops of Maple Syrup, small amount of brown sugar and cinnamon on oatmeal. The other day I only had one drop of syrup for my oatmeal.I used Sweet and Low.SK
