God dwells on high above all things being the eternal one always has been sits on the roof of the earth looking down to all that's seen Blessed indeed are those dwelling is in God's unique secret place such a place of rest and peace that no earthling can ever trace A place of divine protection where there is one most high as abiding under His shadow the most precious abode to fly This is a rock and sure safe place to be under the almighty's refuge safe and secure no matter the earthly harm nothing can harm from this deluge ('He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty'.
