The Pool
for i was by the pool
for i was the only fool
you asked me if i wanted to be healed
i gave you an excuse ,because that was
how i feel
nobody ever talked to me
let alone help, you see
for i did not even know your name
or hear of the miracles you proclaim
all you said was pick up your mat
the look in your eyes was that
is i felt myself being healed from head to toe
excited i heard you say one more thing
go and sin no more
