Oh Jan, that is simply sadly beautiful. Rocking chair was the enter but so many feelings swirled around it. Love, missing, hope and trepidation, not to mention abject loneliness.

good show, Jan. Short and meaninful. I have used the rocking chair in some poems through the years. People identify with it. Keep up the good work.
