Call them a guilt monger; Whether you speak up or not, They can inflict your own made self-guilt. They’re guilt trippers. They are dirty fighters. They never deal directly, But act passively, aggressively. They have subtle ways to cripple you. They are players of a silent game. They know how to test the waters. They don’t take responsibility of their insolent behavior. They are vulnerable as a rabid pit bull. Avoid the confrontation! Be calm, rational, and pleasant when facing them. Ignore the emotional outbursts. Never grimace or snap back. Or else, you will be sorry. You will lose.
