The Inconsequential Life

Wasting away, crimson of death seeping through Speaking through filtered tears The whispered disclosed soothing words skewed As the world shifts into abstract artwork, seared My memories lie as awake as if you sat there still The blackened storm shifts from dull to enlightened Captured, the desired outcomes' gruesome kill Sailing through unchartered lands , your expression not frightened Flattened are the words that fill the inconsequential life Fighting only left, death had triggered this belated strife.
