The Good Lord, Awakened By God

Shaky at first, But just let go, Let the good lord take hold, The first few years were rough, But the lord is tough. Your world was unkind, But you were saved, The treasure of knowing Jesus was your find, You were taught about, lust, sin, and bliss, Taught to keep That first precious kiss, The one your husband wouldn't have to miss, Because you waited, You got hated, Because f all those boys that wanted to be first, But this kiss they didn't deserve. The lord is who you serve, He is the risen king, He broke free from that prison ring. Jesus died on that cross, To serve as our boss, He knows what's right, But Satan will try to fight. The first few years were rough, But the good lord sure is tough, You were saved, All because of his glory today.
