The Fate of Life
Why do we have sorrow, sadness, grief or pain?
Is it so we can lead to a better day?
From it, what do we really gain?
Would it be better to keep it all at bay?
Do we deserve this, or is it just by fate?
Lies, just to make you feel better
Man, feels like you were only bait.
Unless, you do it right; to the letter
No one is perfect, you have to see
Everyone’s flaws, aren’t ever the same
Yet we seem to have a key
For what other reason would we have a name
For what other reason would we be
I am not perfect, you must realize
Yet pain, is not what we want or need
People have even considered suicide
Yet we still manage to make it another day
With those by you to stand tall and strong
Just by the words of which you say
We shall unite in a spacious throng
And come out stronger than ever
Brothers and Sisters holding each other
For these are the bonds that we do not sever
The lives for which are no other
Unless we have each other to hold
Someone to hold in times of need
To provide the heat in the cold
Now these are the righteous deeds
For if not my love, then what by?
Be lost in the sorrow of hate and fears
Forever alone, until the day we die
Unless one comes to wipe our tears
One will always be needed, no matter what
Even when you think that all is lost
No need for the knife that cuts
For this is the only one true cost
That you may finally be removed from remorse
For all you need is love, the one true source.
