The Effects of Doubt

Doubt is not a painless emotion, The ones being doubted are somewhat hurt, Doubt can be cast from whinst it came, The doubt sometime can backfire on the dealers. Doubt is the feeling of uncertainty, Or lack of conviction in ones life. In a way you can doubt yourself , And cause extreme self-esteem problems. If you cast a lot of self doubt, On yourself on a daily basis, It wouldn’t be uncommon, To go into a state of manic self-loathing. Accompanying that self-loathing feeling, May be deep depression. Those to can be known, As the Suicide triggers. I know for a fact that doubt causes these problems, Cause A short while ago I was a victim of self-doubt, I experienced first and the change it caused, I know to well about the depression, And they truly do trigger Suicidal Ideations. The effects of doubt, Can be long lasting. They can also be put to rest, At their earliest arrival. I have casted out self-doubt, And with it I regained my self-esteem. I no longer feel uncertain, On what I want out of life. I have conquered suicide And self-doubt alike. No longer shall I fear, The effects of Doubt
