I love all things Paris related since I visited France. I would go back in a heartbeat, if given the chance. The Eiffel Tower stands tall and majestic as it guards the city. The women in Paris are sophisticated and chic, and oh so pretty. Two years ago I bought this Paris plate for a song. I keep it displayed prominently in my house where it belongs. Recently it crossed my mind that it would be nice to have a whole set. Much to my excitement, I found an entire set for bid on the internet. I anxiously waited for days to hear about the bid that I had made. I wanted to eat off that Café Paris china, and not just display. A few days later I experienced sheer delight To read they had accepted my $75 bid outright! When the package arrived last week, I was like a kid at Christmas. I stole that china with my bid, as God is my witness! I had family that was visiting, and we used the new dishes. I swear it made everything taste more delicious! Now I can use my china and keep my Paris memories alive. The Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysees memories have been revived. That was the trip of a lifetime, and I went there with my concert band. Along with the divine shopping, playing my flute in France was truly grand!
