The Admirers

During the night, in a lake of dismay, A boat of lights crawls with may To engulf a person with hope and will Sealing them to make sure they are still, Tunes of greeting broke free As they danced by the light's spree With wide smiles upon their faces No tennis player could ever ace Thoughts of that person played in someone's mind Remembering the moments spent with that friend; The times they ran together Racing the wind and became light as a feather The times the sun shone on their faces As they hiked mountains and climbed trees The time laughs filled their spirits Where the air was filled with humors No one is left alone without thoughts For they are always in the minds of their secret admirers
