That's When She Cried
That's when she cried,
Tears flowing down her
ckeeks she asked why
Is my only son paralysed?
Why is this happening to me
i'm so traumatised.
I had dreams of feasting on
chicken and rice,
Now my dreams only come
down to porridge and tripe,
To tired of darkness i wanted a
light,
Just a tiny drop of a moment
with something nice,
Lamentations of a heart that
felt nothing right,
Weepings of a soul that saw
nothing good with life,
Took a peep through the
window and saw her son,
Tears filled her eyes,
That's when she cried.
