Temporarily Stationary

I'm like a frog
from pad to pad
from job to job
waiting for that lucky break
I've heard so much about.

If only I'd been rich from the start
I wouldn't be in this mess but
time is money and I've wasted it
trying to climb invisible ladders.

I can't go back
I don't know where's future?
I guess everything is temporary these days
I might as well go out for the fifth night in a row.
