Tapestry of Dreams
Blue days gone quickly
from my window reminisce
each thread still holding
one last moment to re-live
as the orange sun sinks quickly
light green fades in dusk
two September roses bow
starlight falls above
and in that final inkling
poetic words flow from rust
as I gaze quickly
for each moment I must catch
a song plays grandeur
as my spirit comes to rest
silent, loving, I fall fast
