Sweet Eyes
She entered with such style and grace
then smiled with those soft sweet eyes
Brought warmth and kindness to this face
then held me tight to sooth these cries
Once bright blue skies turn now to gray
Dawn is fading and now in disguise
Our herd's thinning, for friends I pray
She comforts with those soft sweet eyes
When times are tough and life is rough
She steps right in and holds my hand
When you get down and had enough
Needing courage to rise and stand
She'll touch your soul with words so wise
and smile with those soft sweet eyes
