I feel strong, strong in my arms and legs, And I feel strong in my chest and hand. I feel strong in how I hold myself, and I feel strong how I run, walk and stand. I feel strong with how I control my thoughts, Those thoughts, each day, in my head. I feel strong with the way I talk with friends, Owning each thought that I have ever said. I feel strong protecting the people around me, Valuing their calibre and worth. I feel strong making others also feel strong, A strong feeling, belonging to mother Earth. I love feeling strong with people who’re strong, Strong with their thoughts, dress and stance. We can be strong together in our mind, spirit, our soul, Strong, dancing our confident, little dance.
