Spring
Like awakening from a long nap
Spring begins to slowly stretch
Opening her eyes to the dawn
Happy that another winter gone
Smiling she draws her brush
Across the warming earth
Life appears in colors sweet
Following eyes her pictures greet
From bud the flower blooms
Life is birthed with happy cries
Gray bones now turn a leaf
Doubters bend to find a new belief
