i just read an article about people who said or tweeted something stupid and how that comment ended up costing them their jobs, friendships, etc. it's too bad that in these days of the web, a simple sorry no longer cuts it and so many people end up getting involved. your poem expresses this very well...

A simple sorry can go a long way. But some people are so hard hearted, they won't take any sorries. All we have to do is say the word, no matter how it is received. #7
