I only use Skype to contact my son Yet my contacts list is now over run So many men want to get to know me I wonder what the reason can be Each day I get messages by the score I’m fed up with it, it’s becoming a bore Some wear medals in all their glory I’m sure they can tell me a great sob story One was called Mark, but next day he was Harry! I’ve had contacts from Tim and James and Barry To all these guys back home in the USA Get off my Skype - let ME have a nice day! Jan Allison 18th April 2016 I’ve had 26 - (now 44) messages in 4 days one guy has used 3 (now 7) different names and different photos lol. 2 more ‘contacts’ popped up whilst typing this and now I've had 17 'contacts' just today arghhhhhh

It happens at least once a year mama bear - its pathetic they must be in some sort sad group who target people on skype and then move on ... especially the one who has posted 7 different names and photos but is the same man - he's not even attractive ha ha ha:-) I have no details or pic on the skype it is so irritating as every time I get a contact I think its my son and its just an internet troll. I wrote another poem .. ive fallen in love with the man of my dreams - that time they were all in uniform lol - all photoshot in a studio somewhere I guess lolhugs Jan xx

I like this poem, Jan, but not the Skype trolls! I don't use Skype...it's bad enough putting up with fb where I get friend requests from perfect strangers on a daily basis!! hugs // paul

I only have skype to contact my son but this 'contact' is unwelcome and so invasive - and the fact one person has 6 different names and still tries to contact me really is beyond my comprehension:-( hugs Jan xx

Yes smart phones, Facebook, Skype, can be a little annoying at times especially when you have someone who pesters you. Even the pop-ups can be annoying when you're in the middle of looking at somethings and they will not go away or game ads that keep appearing. I clearly understood what you were stating and it was worth reading.

Thanks Deborah I simply cannot understand why I keep being targeted by these trolls - soem time back I wrote a poem called 'I've fallen in love with the man of my dreams' as one time when I was targeted every pic was of a man in military uniform lol:-) hugs Jan xx

Hi Jan, i had Skype once, a while back, didn't take me long to get out of it mind you. Why does everyone think you are there for some kind of relationship, beats me. This was about a year before i met Mary. I do understand though how it can really get on your wick. I like the humour, as always, it actually helps bring across your message. Hopefully things will calm down soon, although, in saying that, there are a lot of idiots out there. Hugs....Mike. XX. This is definitely a seven Jan.

Thanks Mike - I've had 12 messages today - it's really infuriating. I only have the account to contact my son - everytime I get a new message I think it's him and it's just these moronic trolls - hopefully they will crawl back into their caves soon:-( hugs Jan xx

Hope this harry, does not bother you, like your poetry, and this is no exception, sorry about the bother on skype,,there are other's now, which may prove better like google hangouts and face time, the latter my wife and i use to talk to our kids in New Zealand and Australia..

Thanks Harry - I only 'text skype' my son - we can't see eachother but this influx of 'contacts' has happened for the last 2 years - I get bombarded then it stops - have had 10 messages today one person keeps coming back with different names but you can see from the pics its the same troll:-( hugs Jan xx

No my skype account is really only for contacting my son -I've no need for a dating site and have never been on one lol have been happily married for 25 years in June. I have no idea why these trolls are targeting my skype account but I do find it quite infuriating - it seems to go in cycles and I get a load of unwanted contacts and then it goes quiet for about 10 months then starts again:-( hugs Jan xx

It wasn't me....I don't Skype....my kids facetime....you can do that if you have an iphone...of course I'm the only one who doesn't...just watch out for Tom and Dick!!
