Sheltered

The level of comfort. That constant urge of wanting to be closer. The feeling of withdraws on the days I feel that I can't go without. My neediness. Eager to see you again the next day. Ready to conquer the world. These things I only feel when I'm around you. Because all of a sudden, the littlest things don't exist. I find myself insisting on your thoughts. Wanting to feel what you feel inside. By your side is where I want to be. My safe haven. Where my actions speak louder than words. Without you, I loose all sanity and constant self control. I cannot fathom God's will to not cross your path with mine. The more I think of you the more fond I grow with our distant memories. They mean everything to me. Your something I cherish.
