She Alone

The only thing she craves is love The only thing she seeks is love As she sits home alone and prays for love Listening to songs that speak of love She sings along as if to prolong The agony of solace Dressed in the knowledge She will be eating her morning porridge All alone And though she dreams of love And she prays for love It will not come She sadly already knows the final outcome So another day alone to takes it's toll Opening another hole In which to sink Taking a sip of another drink She disappears into A booze fueled bliss Knowing the only thing amiss Is the solitary kiss Of anyone Willing to take a chance On little miss lonely All lonely
