She
She is the light that glows around the door
of my darkened room
She is the silence between the notes in the song
from my heart
She is the voice calling out to me
when I feel empty and alone
She is the tears that wash my face
in happiness
She is beauty, honesty, comedy and love. . .
and I, I am forever grateful to have her in my life.
