Secrets
SECRETS
The wind as it rustles along
whispers my secrets to all
listen to what it says
do you hear what it tells?
Trees pick up the refrain
as the wind flows through
tells them to its leaves
who tell it to the birds
Parrots speak of them
in very hushed voices
listen close, do you hear?
my secrets are in the air
You say you can't hear them?
listen, pay attention
open your heart wide
let my words into it
then my secrets you will know
they are there in the wind
they are in the stars and moon
they are even in your heart
