Scent of a Korean Tea
See this not as a flattery
Thou, we both know that
We met, only, yesterday
But truth is I am missing
You, every night and day
You and only you
I think of no other, as
I spell out
These words of mine
My arts, from the heart
You told me
To gaze the stars
Whilst I begged you
To ask the birds
How to fly
I remember that night
It’s something, I’ll not forget
The scent of a Korean tea
Brewed, delicately, with love
To sanctify me
It was already two a. m. when I
Walked home, from your place
Guided by the sleepy moon
I found out, we passionately speak
Nature’s own language
