Save Yourself
Wide awake, my mind racing
Can’t even put into words
What I am thinking
It’s dark and cold
Laying all alone
Empty bed fills my empty room
Sleep deprivation kicking in
Just close my eyes
Let my mind unwind
From all the craziness
I’m taking in
But won’t let out
I shake and scream
I begin to shout
My nightmares begin
They don’t stop
I’m going under
Save yourself.
