Rusty Minds

They prefer machines They prefer robots They prefer metal over flesh They prefer no soul over soul They prefer no heart over heart They prefer computers And think it is more in value Than people, than humans that created that crap But without realization We become them We began assuming That a robot is so expensive That a laptop is so smart That metal that rusts and gets dusty That metal that contains no valuable insides Are smarter, are better, are more precious They take lives easily And stick to their planes They make shooting guns And get shot by them Eventually… Eventually we’ll all die So why waste out life Adoring that crap? That crap that never dies but rusts And get broken and shuts down? That crap has no heart That crap has no feelings That crap has no living soul By all means That crap has no life…

Wherever a person builds and stores their treasures there the heart is also. Nice reminder to not that wordly things rust and go away. Need to build our treasures where they will last an eternity. Thanks for the read.
