Running From Love

my head is pounding,my heart is racing-im running as fast as i can! running from those old,familiar stirrings i get when i meet a man that already knows me better than i know myself! the more i give him,the less i give myself. i always want to believe that this one won't hurt me like the one before him did. for such a long time i lived my life in a bubble,i wouldn't even look at a man. now every man that talks sweet and smiles at me,he must be the one!! and then its all done. so im giving myself a chance to heal,a chance to love myself. if you see me running,don't worry,im ok--im still running from love.
