Rewards
I've said it once, and i'll say it again
Consider good, good, inspired short of gain
Sensuous minds knows reward begins with charity
One aged scale of God measures heart of humanity.
Abundance and famine shows their face
We mortals hoard and hoard, while running race
Simplicity hails, suggesting rhythms of ease
Your breathing space and mine, is meant as gift, please believe.
Heaven sends dew that wakes up frozen hearts
And sprinkles minds before baptism starts
Consider good, good; hands across the globe for good
Dry goods, good seeds, good grounds balanced right before our God.
I've said it once, and i'll say it again, choose good,
Kindred spirits, the very blind understood.
