Remembering When

I remember when... We were young and play naked in the rain And we were so happy with the cold But now soaked with the rain , I shiver as the tea cup is hard to hold. I remember when... You can open your windows at night for fresh air; And there`s no fear of molestation or danger, But now I stay awake caged with Iron bars; And I`m still afraid of a dagger or gun from night stranger.
