Race

Many years ago There was a line; Drawn for purposes of segregation. A crow was responsible Since the beginning of time-- So as we rewind-- To tell of this line-- And it's modern day crime-- Sit back and listen, Thou following be divine. Thy several reasons why Our nation still stands-- Divided we still stand. Separately we must die. Hatred will only become stronger-- If we continue to light the torch. Various things men can do-- To put out the roaring flame, There is that one word-- Which should never be used-- With all privileges these men abuse, Such as freedom of speech-- And right to bear arms. We will all continuously lose. It's not over, It's never over. It will never end-- If we continue this trend. A gun and an attitude-- Could be a deadly combination, A man of color who needs money-- Could be a recipe for extermination. Racial profiling doesn't necessarily exist, It is this man and his imagination-- That allow these issues to co exist. Pray my lord, That we can put aside-- Our petty differences, Our separate churches, Our separate television channels, Our separate bars, Restaurants, Barber shops, Funeral homes, Schools, Neighborhoods. Our unwillingness to change; Our weakness-- Our fear. You must help us Divided we still stand Separately we are burried.
