Purpose

I often wonder about my purpose in life. Was I to marry and take on a wife? Was I to father children and raise them the right way? Was I to buy a house for which I can't pay? Should I have been a Doctor or Lawyer or such? Have I taken on entirely too much? Have I accomplished what the Lord meant for me? Should I lie down and just let it be? What is the purpose for which I am here? Has failure become the worst of my fears? When I am gone will I have left behind a legacy of accomplishments for which I am blind? Lord please tell me my purpose in life, for now I grow older and know only strife. Please tell me oh lord how will it end? Will my purpose be filled or should I try again?
