Practice
We are an eager apprentice
until it's time to put into practice.
Practice may be the master;
Otherwise it is a Disaster.
How easy
We forget the teachings,
when dealing with feelings.
In confused situation;
practice your meditation.
Up to ten, we should count.
Then start to calm down.
The teachings will come out.
Better outcome throughout.
