Poor Lucifer Pt. Ii

Screaming to the Devil himself, "Swallow your pride." Crying to the Devil himself, "Just, please be alright." Spilling to the Devil himself, "Why can't you just try?" Begging to the Devil himself, "Why can't you just swallow your pride?" Miles and miles underground Stubborness without a sound "Lucy Ford, my darling lover Don't you weep any longer I've come back to keep us going And forget the damage we have seen Come along with me By my side, you'll finally see This life isn't so dark When you're in someone's heart" Time and time again I hesitate to even begin
