Poisoned Passion

"Poisoned Passion" hollow heart impaled tears blind eyes once touched by stars betrayed by love's ruse flesh and bone breath pain from grief dreams swallowed by molten ash. empty soul stings hurt love evaporates to dust golden Sun shines black passion's flames died in fierce blaze extinguishing emotions. masquerade exposed this "te-ta-te"called mere farce stolen moments cease paper mache' promises tumble shattered pedestal. *For P.D.'S Tanka Me a "Sad Song" Contest. *Oct. 5, 2012.
