Poem For Japan

Drop to your knees and clasp your hands in prayer Dig down deep (but not your pockets) to show you care The power of pure suggestion and thought is all they need Not actual help, housing, medication, and money to feed Because, after all, God has spoken and smote the land Surely this disaster for Japan is what the Almighty had planned If, dear wandering reader, this far you have read Unclasp your hands, dig deep into those pockets and donate instead
