Don’t hurt me please, just hold me close. Let the pain slowly go away at ease. I want to be nowhere but by your side. I just want to the look into your eyes and see love, and nothing else. I’ll take you by your hand, if you take mine. I try not to hurt you; I’ll keep a light but tight grip of your hand. Walking down the beach toes in the sand, You stop and say something so bland… But it came from the heart, and that’s all that counts. I don’t care about the looks on the outside, I care about who you are on the inside. You came to a pause…I wasn’t sure what was happening… Two arms came around me, and two arms went around you. I couldn’t think of anything else to do. I’m almost afraid to hold on, or to let go. I’ve been hurt in the past, I just want love to last…for once Be by me always, please don’t hurt me…and I won’t hurt you. I’m too in love to believe, that it would ever happen….
